Another busy week! First Birthday Party for sweet little Mackenzie! We had a Labor Day Party on Monday where Safina had a blast chasing the doggies around! Safina and I had an ice cream date! We said goodbye to some very good friends as they are moving to Virginia Beach (you will be missed, but we will stay in touch)! A lovely dinner with some friends around the corner! A family photo-shoot with Uncle Kyle (mommy wanted some maternity pics). Then had brunch with my cousin from out of town followed by a shop til you drop session at the Niagara Falls Outlet!
Oh and at church today, when we went up to communion, Safina goes "I want one, mommy, I want a marshmallow!" It was so hard not to laugh right there!

Safina has started memorizing the books we read. She loves reading along with us, or even taking the book and "reading" it herself! It is too cute! She also will randomly tell you that she "loves you so so so much!" and I love it (and her)! She is also such a polite little thing! Always saying, please, thank you, and welcome! Love my polite little girl. She is also getting very excited about baby coming! (I also only took 2 pictures this week, so pathetic!)

What a week! Safina got a really nasty cold, and has been completely clingy and miserable. I feel so bad for my baby girl. Mommy had a meltdown too, due to lack of sleep. Gigi to the rescue! She took Safina for a night so mommy could get some sleep! What a life saver! Safina seems to be doing better, so hopefully we can get rid of all the germs before baby comes! We also celebrated Aunt Sarah's birthday this week, unfortunately I was the only one from my family who could go, since Safina wasn't feeling well.

We started off the week with some apple picking with some friends! Safina loved it and wanted to keep picking apples, I was trying to explain that we had to EAT them all! It was a hot day, and Safina was sweating up big time, I hope she was sweating the last of the cold out. Go away nasty sickness!
Mommy was totally entertained watching Tangled (for the billionth time) because Miss Safina was singing along (and repeating lines) and acting out the movie as it was playing. She was also directing me on my lines and how I was to act! I think we need to take a break from this movie, but it was way too funny!
Oh and Safina has learned a new word... WHY?!?! UGH! and it never ends!
