Still feeling sick, so we stayed in today! Then headed to Aunt Laurel and Uncle Sams for game night and some yummy pizza! Safina loved playing with all the doggies!
Another nasty day outside, we were supposed to get slammed with a storm, but only got about 4 inches. We went out to shovel and Safina played in the snow. Then we came in to warm up. We just hung out at home, too cold and snowy to go out! Safina is feeling better, thank God!
Day 448: February 3, 2011
Ran a couple errands and stopped by William and Madelyn's to watch them for a few minutes. The kids had a ball playing together, and Safina loved showing Madelyn how to do things. Later on Aunt Jojo came to visit before Mommy's party tonight! Safina had a blast playing with Aunt Jojo!

Day 449: February 4, 2011
Busy day of doing nothing. We are still a little sick. So tired of being sick! We went to the mall for a little bit and walked around. Mommy found a really pretty necklace at Swarovski that she loves. Later Safina was munching on some apples with her eyes GLUED to the TV!
Day 450: February 5, 2011
Daddy had to work today and we had two house showings. So we ran errands with our friend Erin, then went back to her house to have a yummy Panera lunch and so our sick kiddos could play together! Safina woke up with a weird rash, and it would calm down and flare up all day. We gave her some medicine that seemed to help. I just hope she is ok tomorrow.

"I'm a butterlfy!"she says as she has on her fairy wings, a silly red hat and dress-up high heels! While holding a blue bag! My little one is so cute! I love her comments and her excitement for things!
Day 452: February 7, 2011
"little one, big one" Safina has learned the difference between big and little and will ask "milk please, the little one" or "donut, okay, big one, not little" It is really funny to hear her be so specific!
She also decided to dress up the kitty today! She would put the boa on her and say "pretty kitty" and then laugh. The cat got pissed after a little bit and ran off.
Day 453: February 8, 2011
This morning we went outside and shoveled and played in the snow. I got the sled out and took her for a short walk, and she LOVED it! She kept saying "Cena's sled. Cena do it".
I also may have found a way to get her to eat her lunch! Cutting up her food and putting it in a cupcake tray! She loves it, and asked for seconds!
Later on as we sit down to eat dinner and Safina takes a bite then looks over to Daddy's chair. "Uh oh, Daddy missing!" I tell her that it is ok, b/c he has to work late tonight, and she is bummed, but ok. We miss Daddy on the nights he works late!
Day 454: February 9, 2011
Today we ran to Federal Meats and Wegman's. Safina had her first adventure in shop lifting. We were in Federal Meats and she had a box with her doggy in it that she was carrying around. I was ordering what we needed, and keeping an eye on her (but apparently not too good of one) once I am finished with our order we leave the store. We get in the car and are driving down the street when Safina dumps out her box and says "Yummm Crackers". I look back and she has a hostess pie on her lap. I was like "Safina you took that from the store without paying for it, we have to take it back". So we go back and I run in and apologize and they thank me for being honest, then we head to Wegmans. Where she did not pull any 5-finger discounts from.
Day 455: February 10, 2011
Playdate with friends this morning. The girls love playing together, but they also get into little fights occasionally. Luckily we all move on! We had a fun craft day project and they made Valentine Mailboxes.

Playdate at our house! The kiddos had lots of fun. We had a little craft and a yummy valentine snack! After dinner (since daddy had to work late) we met up with Gigi to run some errands! It was nice to get out of the house!

Safina went to play at Gigi's while Mommy went to the gym and grocery store. Then came back to shovel Gigi's driveway then pick up Safina. She had made us (Mommy & Daddy) I Heart U cookies! They were so cute and decorated too! After Safina's nap we went to Target and then picked up pizza for dinner! Yummy! Fun night hanging out as a family!

Mommy made a fun Valentine's breakfast! Pink heart chocolate chip pancakes with sausage and fruit! Then we snuggled and played all morning. I also wanted to brag that my daughter spelled GUITAR this morning. I love Word World, she is learning so much!

Happy Valentine's Day! What a fun day! Safina woke up and opened her Valentine's Mail box and found all kinds of goodies: a little piggy, hair bows, nail polish, sunglasses, and a little plant for us to grow! After playing with the new goodies we joined our friends at Cheeburger for lunch! What a fun lunch, there were like 15 mom's and their little ones! Then we headed to gymnastics after a failed nap attempt! Safina loves gymnastics, and she is so cute! We headed home for a special dinner with daddy. Mommy made ribs (daddy's favorite) and mashed potatoes and corn. So yummy! Daddy loved his Valentine's presents!Day 460: February 15, 2011
We had the family over for dinner tonight! We are celebrating Andrew's Survival (after his terrible car accident). We are so glad you are here with us Andrew! We had lots of fun hanging out, and Safina loved playing with her Uncles and reading books with her Gigi, and talking to her Aunts-to-be!

We dropped Safina off at Malloy's house today, so that we could get our taxes done. So Daddy and Mommy had a nice little morning (with the tax guy) and ran an errand, where Mommy got a new vera bradley wallet as a Valentine's gift! Thanks Daddy!
Safina's new saying is "I'm alright". She will fall down or bump her head, and jump up and say, "It's ok, I'm alright!"

Safina had a great time this morning, playing with her friends! They were being silly! We ran to the store in the afternoon and while we were walking around she saw a little bunny that was easter candy, and picked it up and looks at me with those big brown eyes and says: "Mommy, I love this!" I just laughed! She has never had it in her life. But we bought it anyway, and she really did love it! :)Day 463: February 18, 2011
Went to the gym with Erin this morning, then brought Malloy home with me, so that Erin could take Rex to the doctors. So Safina and Malloy got to play all morning! They played so nicely. It was cute! Later on Daddy and I went out to dinner and Uncle Kyle and Aunt Sarah watched Safina! What a nice date night!

Day 465: February 20, 2011
Safina had a rough night at Gigi's. Her booger cold caught up with her and she was throwing up. Poor thing, and poor Gigi! So when she came home this morning, she crashed. We met up with Tony's family in the afternoon and went bowling and had dinner! Safina bowled almost one game (did you know they made bowling shoes in her size!)! She had a blast chasing and being chased by Zach and Elyssa. After a late dinner we came home and all crashed!

Lazy lazy morning! Trying to recover from the weekend! Then we met up with Jojo at the mall for lunch and some shopping! We had a great visit and some yummy lunch at Bravo! Then walked around the mall. Safina kept asking for toys, and I had to keep telling her they didn't have those stores here, it was funny! Then she was like, "treat" so we stopped and got a cookie! When we got home we snuggled on the couch and she fell asleep on me for an hour. Poor thing! I hope she starts feeling better soon!
*Side note, Tony and I finally finished the headboard for our bed, here it is!

Gym, then playdate this morning! We had a fun day and just hung out at home in the afternoon and were being silly!

Gym then a surprise visit out to Papa's! Safina starts out so shy, but then warms up! She had a blast dancing on the dance floor, exploring the restaurant, and sitting at the bar drinking pineapple juice while snacking on the drink garnishes! She was eating the orange so funny, just licking it, not biting! Too funny! After dinner, Gigi came over for a quick visit and helped with tubby time! Safina loved showing off to Gigi!

Gym this morning then joined our friends for lunch at TGI Fridays. It was total chaos but a blast. Three moms and 5 kiddos! This evening Safina and I went to Amanda, Olivia, and Ava's house for a jewelry party! Safina was a little clingy, but would venture off occasionally! We had fun!

Day 470: February 25, 2011
We got slammed with messy snow last night! So Mommy got up early to shovel because she had a doctors appointment today. We had a lazy afternoon, and then met up with Sam, Laurel, Tony, Kate, Molly (doggy) and Cosmo (doggy) for a weekend at Laurel's lake cottage. Even with all the nasty snow this morning, the drive was easy and clear! So we arrived, unpacked and let the "kiddos" run around!

Safina didn't sleep too great last night, but we are having a lazy day and are taking lots of naps! We played Wii most of the day, and watched two movies! Easy A and Due Date. Lots of yummy food too! We went for a walk outside, and Safina loved chasing the doggies! Uncle Sam set her up on a snow bank and she slid down, she loved it! Kept calling it her slide! Daddy joined us after work at dinner time. Safina loves playing with the doggies! She keeps saying "Crazy Cos-i-mo" "They Chasing" "Molly come here"
Day 472: February 27, 2011
Safina slept better last night, but Mommy is still tired! But another day of lounging around! We went for another walk, and it was such a nice mild day out! Whenever Molly or Cosmo barked Safina would say "they ruff-ing!" It was adorable! Then we packed up and headed home! Early bedtime for everyone. We are exhausted! Safina kept asking where her friends were, so cute!

Spent the day recovering from our busy weekend of doing nothing ;) Ran a few errands, but mainly just hung out. Safina went to gymnastics this afternoon and had a ball!
