Safina is growing so fast and she LOVES helping me in the kitchen! Right now she is making her own sandwiches (with a little help). It is so hard for me to let her do this b/c the neurotic side of me doesn't want to deal with the mess, but the "let her learn" side wins out and I love watching her try, and she is so proud of herself!
