We are so proud to announce that our precious little baby has finally made its appearance and it's a ... GIRL!!

July 27, 2008 - I can't believe how strong she is getting. She is lifting her head very well, and her arm and leg movements are much more controlled then when she was first born. I can see so many changes in her face already! Our little girl is growing up!!

July 26, 2008 - We went in for a weight check today, and Safina is up 3 ounces since Wednesday! YEAH!!! So we just have to keep the weight up and we are doing good. We are going in again next Friday for one more weigh in.

July 23, 2008 - Dr. Appointment today. She hasn't gained any weight since last week, so the dr. is giving us till Saturday morning to get her weight up, if we can't she wants us to supplement with formula. I really don't want to do that, so we are going to try to avoid that. Everything else looks good.

July 21, 2008 - Safina's belly button thingy fell off today. I am so glad too, b/c she had a little bit of blood from it the last few days, so I think it was irritating her.

July 20, 2008 - Safina attended her first mass today! She was very good and slept through most of it. She got a little cranky towards the end, but I think it was b/c there was no air conditioning and it was really warm... and it was lunch time!

July 16, 2008 - We had our first Doctor appointment today! Her weight is up, she is now 7lbs 2 oz. Everything looks great! We have a very happy and healthy baby!

July 12, 2008 - Finally home from the hospital! First time at home for little Safina! Her discharge weight was 6lbs 15oz.

July 9, 2009 - Safina is here! Baby Girl LaDota is born!!!!
