Introduced the elf on the shelf today!  She came downstairs and saw him, then ran into our room yelling "mom there is a man in our room!"  LOL.  After we ate our Elf breakfast and read the letter Santa sent, she felt better about the situation!  Safina named him Mr. Lulu!
